Steps to Complete Your Commercial Construction Project
We've simplified the construction process down to 3 easy-to-understand phases. While each phase has multiple parts and stages, we've found this helps our clients know where they're at in the process.
1.
Initial Conversation, Planning, and Design.
The first step to get your project started is to have a no-obligation conversation with us so we can begin to understand where you're at in the planning, design, and timing of your project.
2.
Pre-Construction and Procurment
Once a sight has been selected and plans finalized we can begin getting permits, insurances and vendor bids. We will also begin ordering materials based on their lead times to arrive in line with the project timeline.
3.
Site Preperations and Construction
Things start taking shape in phase 3 as we clear the lot and lay out your project's footprint. Once the site work is complete, we'll begin the vertical construction, this is where you'll start to see your vision come to life!
